Young Chefs is a large-scale gastronomic event that brings together chefs of a new generation, cookers, restaurateurs, researchers, startups and foodies. On September 17, at CEC Parkovy, Young Chefs will gather almost two dozen speakers and more than 800 guests not to discuss trends, but to create them.
In the Young Chefs 2024 program:
Chefs Scene — master classes from Nika Lozovskaya, Nikita Virchenko, Artem Kabulakhin, Maxim Pustovit, Alexander Tsvihun, and gastronomy researcher Elena Braichenko.
Food Talks about the points of intersection between the restaurant business and art. Karina Kachurovska will share her experience of combining a restaurant and a gallery with a water space, and Alina Prokopenko will show what design and creation of desserts, catering and visual art have in common.
Food Chat — panel discussions with insiders of the restaurant business: Ilya Semin, Yuriy Nikityuk, Nika Lozovskaya, Nikita Chumakov and Yana Zhadan.
The main topics this time: new forms of restaurant business, as well as the transition from the role of "chef" to the role of "business owner."
Food Lab is a laboratory for chamber workshops. On it, Daria Krikunova will share an unexpected look at how ordinary products are, Ilya Semin will explore enzymes and their influence and baking, Andriy Severenchuk will discuss the ethical limits of using game, and Vadym Zhygun will tell the whole world of wild plants.
In the Pop-up Chefs Space area, all guests of the event will be able to expand their own gastronomic horizons and buy dishes and drinks from the most interesting food projects in Ukraine — the Glek, NUNU and “Restaurant, which does not exist”.
What else? Non-stop networking, exhibition area and a lot of pleasant surprises from the organizers.
