Ukrainian Gastro Show: "HERITAGE OF THE FUTURE"

13 May 2025
 Ukrainian Gastro Show: «СПАДЩИНА МАЙБУТНЬОГО»

On May 13, 2025, the Ukrainian Gastro Show (UGS) will take place at Parkovy (Kyiv) – an annual event that brings together chefs, restaurateurs, gastro-enthusiasts, manufacturers, researchers, and those who daily shape the taste and values of Ukrainian gastronomy. This year’s theme is “HERITAGE OF THE FUTURE.”

In the third year of full-scale war, we ask ourselves the key question: what of what we cook today will become heritage tomorrow? What techniques, ingredients, and meanings will stand the test of time and enter the new Ukrainian culinary history?

Ukrainian Gastro Show 2025 is:

  • 650+ participants from all over the country;
  • 12 star chefs in one day;
  • 8 hours of live performances and masterclasses on the UGS stage;
  • 30+ partner brands: equipment, products, technologies;
  • Tastings, coffee breaks, inspiration, and new opportunities.

Ukrainian Gastro Show is not about the past. It’s about today’s culture that will become tomorrow’s classic. It’s about thinking to create unique cuisine that competes globally. About inclusiveness as a necessity. About localism as an advantage. About courage as identity.
