On 25 July, Parkovy will host the landmark 10th Golden Dzyga National Film Awards ceremony. The Golden Dzyga is Ukraine’s leading film award, recognising outstanding professional achievements and bringing together representatives of the Ukrainian film industry each year.
Members of the Ukrainian Film Academy selected the nominees from a longlist of 65 works. The most nominated films are “U Are the Universe” with 12 nominations, “Grey Bees” with 11, and “Malevych” with seven.
The nominees also include Ukrainian feature films, documentaries, short films, series and animation projects that were released in Ukraine or screened at international festivals over the past year.
