On 27 May, Parkovy will host the second business conference of the
“Ukrainian Corporate Equality Index” project, organised by the NGO "Tochka Opory UA".
The event will bring together business leaders, HR experts and members of vulnerable groups to discuss and share experience on equality, inclusion and diversity in corporate strategies and on the labour market.
What’s on the programme:
Four panel discussions featuring representatives of leading Ukrainian and international companies — METRO, JTI, Intellias, McDonald’s, Suspilne, Monobank, Avrora, Good Bread and others:

(Non-)inclusive labour market. How hiring culture is changing and why equal opportunities drive business success.
- On the same wavelength: managing age diversity within a team. Youth or experience? How to balance and strengthen a team across generations.
- Business without barriers: stories of strength and growth. Meet those who dared to rewrite the rules and build inclusive businesses.
- Mission-driven companies: how business supports the country and its people. Profiles of companies that are helping people today and moving with Ukraine on the road to recovery.
During the conference, NGO "Tochka Opory UA" will present new research on labour-market inclusion and outline educational opportunities for companies wishing to foster an inclusive environment.
Alongside the conference, the Career Compass job fair will offer face-to-face meetings with employers, real vacancies, career consultations, practical advice and networking. Veterans, internally displaced persons, people with disabilities, LGBTQ+ individuals and young job-seekers will all find opportunities for career growth in a welcoming atmosphere, while companies can share their experience and inspire others.
