The first Ukrainian Equal Opportunity Leadership Award will be hosted at Parkovy on November 20. The event will bring together organizations that promote gender-balanced leadership, support women’s career growth, and drive the transformation of workplace ecosystems.

The award aims to establish a new standard for corporate culture and talent development in Ukraine.

Key evaluation criteria include:
– advancement of women’s leadership and balance in management teams;
– fairness in HR policy, compensation, and career progression;
– inclusive, psychologically safe work environments;
– flexible employment formats and support for employees with family responsibilities;
– the strategic role of women in business during the war and Ukraine’s rebuilding.
