OLX Робота “People Power” 2025 — місце, де формується майбутнє ринку праці

On October 7, 2025, the Parkovy Congress & Exhibition Center will host the 3rd annual People Power Forum by OLX Jobs — an event that brings together HR, business, law, psychology, and sociology. This year’s focus is on inclusion, neurodiversity, and the role of humans in the age of automation.

Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) has become more relevant than ever in Ukraine due to the full-scale invasion, especially in employment where the talent crisis is acute. Companies are already learning and reconfiguring their businesses to be accessible to everyone.

We expect 300+ guests on site and 500+ livestream viewers.

What awaits participants:

  • Talks by top experts in HR, business, and sociology;
  • In-depth discussions on inclusion, neurodiversity, anti-ageism, and veteran support;
  • Practical cases and ideas you can implement the very next day.

A special highlight this year is the presentation of the Ukrainian Corporate Equality Index 2025 results and a special Award for advancing equality, delivered by People Power together with NGO “Tochka Opory UA”.

Who should attend:

  • HRDs and function leaders — to get new ideas for team development and effective HR solutions.
  • Top managers — to see how HR strategies transform business and deliver real results.
  • HR specialists — seeking hands-on experience, professional growth, and new tools.
  • CEOs and business owners — to find inspiration in practical cases and apply them in their companies.

Among the speakers sharing their expertise:

  • Mariia Abdullina, Head of the OLX Jobs employment platform;
  • Kateryna Osadcha, TV host and founder of a charitable foundation;
  • Masi Naiiem, Founder and Partner at Miller Law Firm;
  • Olha Bezpalko, Head of Diversity & Inclusion at PrivatBank;
  • Natalia Abramova, Advisor to the CEO at DTEK Energo, Head of the veterans support project;
  • Nataliia Babych, Head of Recruitment and Employer Brand Development at UKRNAFTA;
  • Tymofii Brik, Rector of KSE (Kyiv School of Economics), National Coordinator of the European Social Survey (ESS) in Ukraine; and many others.

All proceeds from ticket sales will be donated to charity.
