From 12 to 14 September 2026, Ukraine will host Soft Skills Summit 2026 for the first time – an international summit dedicated to the development of people, teams and organisations in the age of artificial intelligence.
The event will bring together more than 70 Ukrainian and international experts, over 500 in-person attendees and more than 5,000 online participants. The programme will focus on the soft skills that shape the quality of leadership, team interaction, management decision-making and organisational development amid technological and societal change.
On 12 September, the first day of the summit will take place in person at Parkovy in Kyiv, with a live online stream. On 13 and 14 September, the programme will continue entirely online.
Soft Skills Summit 2026 will serve as a professional platform for business owners, executives, HRDs, HRBPs and HR professionals, L&D teams, business trainers, psychologists, psychotherapists, coaches, consultants and other specialists involved in people development.
The summit will bring together business, psychology, education and modern approaches to human capital management. The programme will feature practical cases and tools that can be integrated into learning and management processes.
The Soft Skills Summit methodology follows the logic of “Person → Team → Organisation”. Over three days, participants will progress through three levels of development – from individual competencies to team practices and organisation-wide solutions.
A dedicated feature of the first day will be the Soft Skills Hubs – practical workshops for groups of up to 25 participants, offering hands-on skills development under the guidance of experienced trainers.
Parkovy will also host the Mindfulness Space – an open area offering short practices designed to restore concentration, reduce stress and maintain inner balance. The programme will be complemented by in-person interaction, knowledge exchange and evening networking.
On 13 and 14 September, the summit will continue online. Two parallel tracks will run each day, featuring more than 20 expert practitioners. The programme will include professional talks, case discussions, practical tools and an opportunity to ask questions directly to the experts.

The programme will also feature company executives, entrepreneurs, academics and practitioners with expertise in strategic HR, organisational development, emotional intelligence, communication, leadership, corporate culture, mental health and the implementation of AI solutions in people management.
Andriy Fedoriv will speak about creative and innovative thinking in the age of AI, Richard E. Boyatzis will address leadership, emotional intelligence and people development, while Julian Treasure will explore conscious listening and effective communication.
As part of the event, the inaugural Soft Skills Summit Awards 2026 will take place – an independent professional award recognising the best corporate programmes for the development of people, teams and organisations. The award covers five categories:
The independent expert jury will account for 70% of the final score, while the remaining 30% will be based on the results of an open online vote by the professional community.
The winners will be announced on 12 September during the Soft Skills Summit Awards 2026 ceremony on Parkovy’s main stage.
The event is organised by UpPro School – an international education and professional development centre for psychologists, HR and L&D professionals, executives and other specialists working with people, teams and human capital development.
