On 23-24 September, the PARKOVY Convention and Exhibition Center will host Lean Summit 2026: Best Practices for Growth – a two-day event for business owners, senior executives, and operational excellence professionals.
This year’s summit marks the 10th anniversary of Lean Institute Ukraine, the certified Ukrainian representative of the Lean Global Network.
The programme will focus on the experience of companies that have progressed from their first Lean initiatives to consistent business results. Speakers will discuss not only successful solutions but also management mistakes and the lessons that helped improve process efficiency, strengthen teams, and ensure sustainable growth.
The first day will feature practical case studies from manufacturing, retail, e-commerce, banking, pharmaceuticals, the restaurant business, and the creative industries.
