On March 26, the Investment and Construction Congress will take place at Parkovy Convention and Exhibition Center — a platform for dialogue between representatives of city authorities, the development industry, and the architectural community.
The event format is based on open panel discussions with no pre-approved talking points. Guests can expect:
- 30 panel discussions
- 100 speakers
The Congress is designed for architects, urbanists, developers, representatives of city authorities, and investors. The event is part of a broader discussion about the future of Ukrainian cities during the recovery period.
Two thematic blocks will focus on key issues: the factors driving real estate price growth during reconstruction and the role of strategic urban planning. The discussions will bring together leaders of five cities, representatives of central government, leading architects, and developers.
The event is organized by DMNTR Media Group.
The Congress goes beyond a purely industry-focused agenda: decisions in the field of urban development directly shape the living conditions of millions of Ukrainians. Three key dimensions of this impact are especially relevant in the context of post-war recovery:
- Housing affordability
- Quality of the urban environment
- The country’s economic future
Alongside the main program, exclusive presentations will also be held for Congress participants. Invited speakers include international and Ukrainian experts in architecture, urbanism, and development, among them:
