III National forum on intellectual property and innovations IP LET FORUM

On November 29, 2024, IP LET FORUM "INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY: LAW, ECONOMY, TECHNOLOGY" will be held, where participants will discuss legislation, economics and technologies united by intellectual property, complex issues at the intersection of IP and innovations arising in the process of approximation of national legislation, national market and innovative potential Ukraine to the EU.

The National Forum on Intellectual Property and Innovations will bring together representatives of the legislative and executive authorities of Ukraine, specialists in the field of intellectual property, law and economics, business, creative and innovative industries, profile associations, scientists and inventors.

Speakers of seven sessions of IP LET FORUM 2024 will reveal the following questions:

• Integration IP processes: closer to the EU;
• National brand: "Made in Ukraine";
• The future of creative industries: how digitalization is transforming approaches to IP;
• New practices of IP protection: we implement the best;
• From startups to megaprojects: innovative infrastructure as a key to development;
• Geographical identity: from folk crafts and to national producer;
• Commercialization of intellectual property: turning ideas into profit.

Also during the event there will be an exposition of innovative developments from representatives of the network of Technology and Innovation Support Centers (TISC – Technology and Innovation Support Centers).

Visitors will be presented with more than 20 advanced technological solutions of leading higher education institutions, scientific institutions, chambers of commerce and industry. The exposition will include a wide range of developments: from a virtual reality simulator to complex engineering solutions in the field of MedTech.

The exhibition will become a platform for demonstrating the results of the systematic work of inventors, innovators and IP office, as well as will further strengthen ties between HEIs, scientific institutions, business and investors.

In addition, other activities are planned during IP LET FORUM 2024.

The organizers of the forum are the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine and the IP office. The event will take place within the framework of cooperation with the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO).
