On September 18-19, 2026, Kyiv will host ICAMPS 2026, the International Charity Congress of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. The event will bring together Ukrainian and international surgeons to exchange practical experience, explore modern surgical techniques, and support Ukrainian service members.
The congress will take place at the PARKOVY Convention and Exhibition Center in Kyiv and will be available in two formats: in person and online.
The congress program will focus on modern, safe, and evidence-based surgical techniques.
Participants can look forward to:
September 18 will be dedicated to plastic surgery.
September 19 will focus on reconstructive and plastic surgery.
Special attention will be given to restoring function and appearance following combat injuries, as well as to techniques that can be applied in Ukrainian medical institutions.
For PARKOVY, it is particularly important to host events that contribute to the development of professional communities, facilitate the international exchange of knowledge, and generate solutions that make a real difference in people’s lives.
The congress will be available both in person in Kyiv and online, enabling medical professionals from different cities and countries to take part in the program.
ICAMPS combines two key missions: education and charity.
The proceeds from the congress will be donated to support the treatment and rehabilitation of Ukrainian service members through the Angels Patronage Service.
The impact of this initiative is already evident from the results of the previous congress. In 2025, ICAMPS welcomed more than 500 participants and 69 speakers in Kyiv, including 14 international experts. Following the event, the organizers donated UAH 1 million to support the rehabilitation of Ukrainian service members.
Last year’s congress was also memorable for its live broadcasts from the operating room, extensive professional program, large-scale exhibition area, and networking opportunities at the PARKOVY Convention and Exhibition Center.
