On September 9, 2025, Kyiv (CEC Parkovy) will host for the first time PRO TISTO 2025 — a large-scale gastronomic forum bringing together bakers, pizzaiolos, pastry chefs, restaurateurs, and enthusiasts to build a professional community, set new quality standards, and foster a culture of bread and baking in Ukraine.
Bread and pastry are more than food — they are part of our history, traditions, and modern gastronomic trends. Ukraine, with its fertile lands and millennia-old farming heritage, is reviving its authentic culture. While the world celebrates French croissants and Italian pizza, many Ukrainians have yet to discover the taste of true Ukrainian bread.
PRO TISTO is designed for those who want to change this — to revive authentic recipes, develop artisanal milling, rethink local traditions, and form a sustainable culture of bread consumption. It is a platform where anyone can grow from an amateur to a recognized master or successful bakery owner.
At PRO TISTO you’ll find:
The forum will feature two main stages:
Business Stage — insights for restaurateurs and entrepreneurs on management, strategy, service, and bakery economics, with business models ranging from local craft to international expansions across the U.S., Europe, and Asia.
Chef’s Stage — live masterclasses and culinary demonstrations on diverse doughs and baked goods, from pasta to croissants, with techniques, ingredients, and signature recipes.
Chef’s Stage highlights:
Business Stage highlights:
Charity Partner: Good Bread From Good People — an inclusive bakery where people with intellectual disabilities can socialize, gain skills, and feel valued.
PRO TISTO is more than an event — it’s the beginning of a long-term movement to revive and develop Ukraine’s artisan bread culture, shaping a community that sets industry standards and brings Ukrainian craft to a new level.
