Forum "People Power – The Power of Being Different"

On October 1, 2024, the People Power forum will be held at the Parkovy CEC, where leading HR specialists, representatives of business and public organizations will discuss the current challenges of inclusion, diversity and equality, as well as share successful practices and insights that will help effectively close vacancies and develop teams in new conditions.

Forum details:

• 15+ speakers from various fields of business, public sector and public organizations;

• Live broadcast on YouTube channel OLX Ukraine.

According to the OLX Work study, 55% of HR specialists and business owners felt the consequences of the personnel crisis. To solve the problem, employers should pay attention to the adaptation of recruiting processes and jobs for older people, people with disabilities, students, veterans, people without experience and increase the representativeness of women – these aspects will be the central points of the event.
