Creative Chefs Summit 2021: TRANSFORMATION

Creative Chefs Summit 2021 will take place in Kiev, Parkovy Exhibition and Convention Center, on November 27. The annual professional international summit for chefs and restaurateurs will bring together leading chefs from Ukraine, Denmark, Belgium, Spain and the UK. 

6 foreign and 5 Ukrainian outstanding chefs will perform on stage in pairs to maximize adaptation of world trends to the local market, presenting the TRANSFORMATION concept: The Power of Change!

Creative Chefs Summit 2021: TRANSFORMATION is a rethinking of gastronomy, an exploration of its global transformations, the search for new combinations and flexible concepts. Guests will be able to study industry trends in depth, adopt top practices and gain new experience and inspiration! 

Outstanding Ukrainian chefs with famous foreign chefs will perform together on one stage: 

Mirali Dilbazi, Chef of Mirali by Good Wine (Ukraine) and Diego Prado, R&D Chef, Restaurant Alchemist 2 * Michelin (Denmark) on the topic: “Successful R&D for restaurant development - product research, innovation, implementation in the menu”.

Eleonora Baranova, chef at Chef's Table Restaurant (Ukraine) and Buster Turner, progressive retail chef of Rooftop Smokehouse (Spain) on the topic: “Breakthrough culinary retail from the chef. From startup to delivery to the best Michelin restaurants. The gastronomic potential of working with eel, smoking and drying techniques". 

Alexander Tsvigun, chef at Kommuna Kitchen (Ukraine) and Nicholas Deckledt, best vegetarian chef of the year at Gault & Millau, Humus x Hortense 1 * Green Michelin (Belgium) and Caroline Bertin (Humus x Hortense 1 * Green Belgium) on the topic: “Transformation of vegetables - from field to plate. Dry maturation of vegetables and techniques for working with plants and roots. Pairing with alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages based on vegetables. " 

Ike Weyshtort, chef at KAMA Restaurant and ZIA at 5 * Fairmont Grand Hotel Kyiv, Riviera House Hotel (Ukraine) and Ollie Dabu, co-founder and executive chef, HIDE 1 * Michelin restaurant (Great Britain) with the theme: “Ecosystem of fine-dining restaurant - from gourmet cuisine to dishes for delivery. Hits from the Hide Above, Hide Ground, Hide Delivery menu”.

Stanislav Zavertailo, co-founder and CEO of Honey and Zavertailo confectionery, (Ukraine) and Chavi Donay, the best pastry chef in the world in 2020 according to The Best Chef Awards, Lasarte 3 * Michelin restaurant (Spain) with the theme: "Development and integration of an iconic dessert"
