On 31 October 2025, the annual “Paperless Business” forum will take place at the Parkovy Convention & Exhibition Center — the country’s largest platform for sharing best digital practices. For the sixth year, it will bring together Ukrainian companies that actively adopt technology to grow and improve efficiency. As in previous years, Parkovy is an official event partner.
The forum is organized by Vchasno, in partnership with the Serhiy Prytula Charity Foundation. It has a charitable mission: all funds raised will be used to purchase a firefighting drone to help first responders stop wildfires. Registration is open to everyone—participation by donation.
This year’s focus: the digital future of business. How do you become part of it rather than fall behind? Where—and how fast—is the market moving? Which solutions work today, and which should you prepare to implement tomorrow? What will help companies boost efficiency amid AI-driven change and constant turbulence?
A special emphasis will be placed on business trends. KPMG in Ukraine will present an event-exclusive study, “Ukrainian Business Through the Eyes of Leaders 2025,” exploring how technology elevates performance. It covers five key themes shaping the future: risk & resilience, ESG & sustainability, talent, breakthrough technologies, cybersecurity, as well as AI and the role of business in Ukraine’s recovery.
Speakers will also explain how to digitize HR processes, launch e-TTN (electronic consignment notes) and sign documents via smartphone, take retail fully digital, and build an effective digitalization strategy for large enterprises.
Ernst & Young in Ukraine will present research on cybersecurity and share how companies can effectively protect data and business processes in a rapidly changing digital world. Among the speakers are representatives of Bayadera Group, YURIA-PHARM, Vega Telecom, ALAN, Kernel, and others. The forum will conclude with a special appearance by Space Forces veterans and a charity raffle.
In addition, the Vchasno team will premiere the “Paperless Business” series — a practical guide to digitalization, from first steps to building a digital mindset. The project addresses the key challenges companies face when implementing new technologies — from legal issues to onboarding employees and partners.
See you at Parkovy!
